1. Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) - Operations, Adolescent Reproductive Health Family Planning

Required No.(s): 1

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Country Office, Kathmandu

Brief Description: Establish and manage systems to ensure effective, efficient, and compliant program operations across levels and modalities; ensure strong operational collaboration between consortium members and develop tools and procedures to guide standard program transfers, logistics, procurement, sub-awards, and administration

Qualifications: Master of International Development, Business, or other relevant areas with a minimum of 10 years (7 years for GSI group) of experience in managing the operational aspects of donor-funded projects; prior experience as DCOP or Director of Operations in a USAID-funded program; technical expertise in adolescent sexual and reproductive health is preferred.

2. Technical Manager - Child Rights Governance and Child Protection (CRG & CP)

Required No. (s): 1

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Bardibas, EFO

Brief Description: Overall responsible to take lead in the high-quality implementation of interventions or initiatives under CRG & CP of all existing as well as upcoming projects, ensuring quality partnership with all relevant government and non-government stakeholders

Qualifications: Master of Social Sciences or other relevant areas with a minimum of 7 years (5 years for GSI group) of experience in a relevant field, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position

3. MEAL Officer

Required No. (s): 1

Term & Location: Fixed term; based in Bardibas, EFO

Brief Description: Execute the MEAL system in all program interventions within designated field areas through PNGOs and government partners, extend support to the project team, PNGOs and local government partners in institutionalizing the MEAL in projects

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Science or any other discipline with minimum 3 years (2 years for GSI group) of experience in monitoring and evaluation and/or experience, preferably at INGOs

*GSI group include Female, Dalit, Madhesi, People with Disabilities and other indigenous / minorities.
