Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to understand information needs for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Generate reports and dashboards to present information to decision-makers.
- Conduct competitor analysis including industry trends and benchmarks.
- Gather market intelligence.
- Collaborate in the budgeting and business target-setting processes.
- Monitor and track performance metrics to assess company performance.
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create and analyze MIS workbooks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and maintain MIS Software and application.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MIS tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
