As per the decision of Sammarimai Rural Municipality dated 2078-10-20, the following vacancies in the health institutions under this Rural Municipality have to be filled by the employees on a contract basis; Interested Nepali citizen candidates who have reached the specified qualification should apply to this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

1) Place of application: Sammarimai Rural Municipality, Rural Municipal Executive Office, Pharena, Rupendehi.
2) Age limit: 18 years completed and not exceeding 40 years till the last date of application.
3) Educational Qualification: For the post of AHW, ANM, and Lab Assistant, one should have passed the relevant subject from a recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.
4) Documents to be submitted: Copies of Certificate of Educational Qualification, Copy of Certificate of Nepali Citizenship, Copy of Certificate of Training and Experience, Driver's License in the case of Ambulance Driver; Also, in all the copies, the person should have certified himself on the back.
5) Application Fee: Rs.500 (five hundred) for AHW, ANM, and Lab Assistant posts and Rs.300 (three hundred) for Ambulance Driver and Office Helper posts.
6) Contract term and remuneration: As per the rules of Sammarimai Rural Municipality.
7) Type of Exam: Written and Interview Exam for AHW, ANM, and Lab Assistant.
8) Last date to apply: 2078-11-06 within office hours.
9) Application Form: This Rural Municipality Office of the Village Executive will be received from Farena, Rupendehi.
10) No action will be taken on the complaint received before the due date.
PS: Special acceptance will be given to the locals.
