Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a national-level microfinance institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a "D" class financial institution, invites applications from competent and qualified Nepali citizens for the following positions at its central, regional, and branch offices.

Vacancy Details:

• Information Technology Department

  • Position Levels: Assistant Officer / Junior Officer / Supervisor / Senior Assistant
  • Number of Positions Available: Few
  • Workplace: Central Office
  • Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
    • Assistant Officer/Junior Officer: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
    • Supervisor/Senior Assistant: Completed 10+2 or equivalent with experience in the Information Technology field.
  • Special Priority:
    • Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in banks and financial institutions or those with skills in software development and management.

• Field Inspection and Monitoring Officer

  • Position Levels: Assistant Officer/Junior Officer/Field Officer
  • Number of Positions Available: Few
  • Workplace: Regional Office / Field Office
  • Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in the microfinance sector.
    • Completed 10+2 or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the microfinance sector.
  • Special Priority:
    • Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in microfinance organizations, or who have worked in rural areas and who have completed the Microfinance Examination.

• Branch Manager

  • Position Levels: Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant
  • Number of Positions Available: Few
  • Workplace: Branch Office
  • Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
    • Completed SLC/SEE or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the microfinance sector.
  • Special Priority:
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in branch management or those working in rural areas who have completed the Microfinance Examination.

• Field Staff

  • Position Levels: Junior Assistant
  • Number of Positions Available: Few
  • Workplace: Branch Office
  • Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
    • Completed SLC/SEE or equivalent with experience in the rural sector.
  • Special Priority:
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the microfinance sector or those who have worked in the rural sector.

• Trainee

  • Position Levels: Trainee
  • Number of Positions Available: Few
  • Workplace: Branch Office
  • Minimum Qualification and Work Experience:
    • Completed SLC/SEE or equivalent with interest in working in rural areas.
  • Special Priority:
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in the rural sector or those who are interested in working in the microfinance sector.

Age Limit:

• For officer level positions, applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years.
• For all other positions, applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years.
• However, the upper age limit for female applicants will be extended by 5 years.

Selection Process: Through written examination, interview, or both.

It is not necessary to update copies of citizenship, educational qualification certificates, experience, and training certificates while applying. However, the original copies of these documents must be brought during the written examination or interview.
