Eligibility Criteria:
(A) For Assistant General Manager: Must have a master's degree, or a bachelor's degree in management, and have worked in a bank / financial institution for a minimum of 10 years, and have worked in a managerial position in a microfinance institution for at least 2 years.
(B) For Assistant Officer: Must have passed the undergraduate level and have worked as a branch head in a financial institution for at least 2 years, or have passed the proficiency certificate level and have worked as a branch head in a financial institution for at least 5 years.
(C) For Supervisor / Senior Assistant / Assistant: Must have passed proficiency certificate level and have worked in any financial institution for at least 4/3/2 years.
(D) Junior Assistant: Passed SLC / SEE and at least worked in any financial institution.
(E) Assistant Trainee: Passed SLC / SEE exam and got information related to microfinance trainee category area and commuter.
Age limit: For Assistant General Manager 25 years of age and not exceeding 45 years; 21 years for officer level and not exceeding 40 years and 18 years for assistant level and not exceeding 35 years (in case of women, the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years).
Type of Examination: Those shortlisted will be selected through interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates on the shortlist have to deposit the examination fee of Rs. 300 in account No. 6741504988524001 of NIC Asia Bank in the name of Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited. In addition, the deposited voucher must be brought to the interview.
Salary Allowance and Facilities: As per the rules of the financial institution.
