Minimum qualifications required:
| Assistant Manager | Must have passed the bachelor's level and have worked in a bank / financial institution for at least 10 years and have worked in a managerial category in a microfinance financial institution for at least 3 years. |
| Officer | Graduated and worked in a financial institution for at least 2 years as a supervisor or above; Or have passed proficiency certificate level and have worked in a financial institution for at least 4 years as a supervisor or above. |
| Assistant Officer | Graduated and worked in a financial institution for at least 2 years in the position of Senior Assistant or above; Or have passed proficiency certificate level and have worked in a financial institution for at least 1 year in the position of supervisor or above. |
| Supervisor / Senior Assistant | Must have passed certificate level and have worked in any financial institution for at least 4/3 years. |
| Assistant / Junior Assistant | Passed proficiency certificate for the post of Assistant / Junior Assistant and worked in any financial institution for at least 2/1 years. |

Note:
Age limit:
- For Assistant General Manager: Completed 25 years and not exceeding 45 years;
- For Officer category: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years,
- For Assistant category: 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years
- In case of women: 5 years will be added to the upper age limit
Type of Examination: Those shortlisted will be selected through interview.
Examination Fee: Candidates on the selection list will have to deposit the examination fee of Rs. 300 in the account No. E741504988524001 of NIC Asia Bank in the name of Sadhana Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
Salary, Allowance and Facilities: As per the rules of financial institution
