Royale Cosmeceuticals Pvt. Ltd., one of the top growing cosmetic manufacturing company in Nepal, is looking for valuable team members to expand our business.

1. Production Manager

Description:

• Must have Experienced in the cosmetic manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of the electrical, mechanical, and logistics equipment used in manufacturing, including its safe usage, maintenance, and storage.
• Knowledge of factory machinery and its calculation for output
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Knowledge of day-to-day and strategic issues, operational requirements, and management of a manufacturing facility.

2. Chemist

Description:

• Must have experience in making formulas, mixing the right components of cosmetic products.
• Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
• Determining chemical and physical properties, compositions, structures, relationships, and reactions of organic and inorganic compounds.
• Writing technical papers and reports, and preparing standards and specifications for processes, tests, and products.
• Evaluating and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.

3. Pharmacist

Description:

• Must have experience working in the cosmetic manufacturing industry with a valid license from Nepal Pharmacy Council.
• Prepares cosmetics products by reviewing and interpreting orders and detecting therapeutic
• Dispenses products by compounding, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals.
• Controls products and usage by monitoring drug therapies; advising interventions.
• Manage chemical composition in the cosmetic industry and also look after the material used in it.
• Quality control and assurance on the product if it's suitable for the body, skin, face.
• Monitors the prescription-filling process to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and pharmacy policies.

4. Sales Supervisor -1 

Description:

• Must be dynamic and inspirational Store/Retail/Counter supervisor to lead our team of Sales to achieve all sales and operational targets.
• Candidates must have a proven sales record in the cosmetics industry.
• Proven retail sales/supervising retail sales experience must be within cosmetics.
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales targets, as well as sales analysis.
• Need your own planning to make a new channel of distribution.

5. Sales / Marketing Representative-5 (Not for Cosmetic Industry)

Description:

• Selling products or services using a solid plans and policies.
• Proven sales record dealing with customers face-to-face or cold calling.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
