Right4Children Vacancy for Community Facilitator:

Right4Children is looking for a dynamic, qualified, and experienced individual for the following position to be a part of a project team for Improving School Environment and Advocacy of Child Rights through the Media Project.

1. Position: Community Facilitator

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2-year experience in the areas related to Education, Community mobilization, Training & Facilitation
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and effectively as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and Nepali, both written and verbal
  • Basic Computer skills (MS office application)
  • Report writing skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the working areas as needed
  • Driving skills with a valid driving license (two-wheeler)
  • Good learning attitude, open-minded, energetic and flexible

The successful candidate is required to be able to Work:

  • In a team with other project staff to manage and coordinate project activities;
  • Work as the key contact person for the schools, child clubs, teachers, parents, and communities in the implementation of Child-Friendly School activities;
  • Assist in conducting training and other capacity-building activities for Schools, Teachers, and Child Clubs;
  • Build and maintain strong networks and coordination with the project stakeholders;
  • Collect project related information and maintain the records and reports of the project activities.

Qualification:

Bachelors (preferably in Education or Social Science). Preference will be given to the local residents of Kaski District.

Salary for the position will be based on the proven track record of experience, achievements, and qualification
