Vacancy Announcement: Right4Children is looking for dynamic, qualified, and experienced individuals for the following positions to be a part of the Protection from Risk and Assisting Young Girls and Women in Accessing Social Services (PRAYASS) project team.

Position, Required Number, and Competencies and qualifications required:

1. Project Manager- 1

  • Good knowledge of the Adult Entertainment Sector (AES) in Nepal, gender-based violence, child/ human rights, and rehabilitative care and services.
  • Proven project management experience, preferably in the area of gender, women empowerment and capacity building, awareness raising, advocacy campaigns, research work, etc.
  • Excellent skills in partnership building and relationship management, training and facilitation, communication and negotiation, teamwork and motivation
  • Very good command of English and Nepali languages, both in writing and speaking
  • Strong learning attitude, open-minded, energetic, and flexible in time
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master's Degree desired) preferably in Social Work, Development Studies, or any other relevant discipline with five years of relevant experience

2. Project Officer (Prevention)-1

  • Project management experience, preferably in the area of awareness and sensitization, advocacy campaign, education and training, community mobilization, etc.
  • Good working skills on partnership building and relationship management, communication and negotiation, teamwork and motivation
  • Very good command over English and Nepali languages, both in writing and speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with at least two years of experience in a relevant field.

3. Project Officer (Rehabilitation)-1

  • Project management experience preferably in the area of rescue, rehabilitation, and reintegration services, working with vulnerable group and people at risk, advocacy campaigns, etc.
  • Good working skills in partnership building, communication, and resource mobilization.
  • Very good command of English and Nepali languages, both in writing and speaking
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with a minimum of two years of experience in a relevant field.

4. Social Worker-2

  • Experienced and familiar with working with vulnerable groups (victims of abuse and exploitation) and communities especially children, youth, and women.
  • A good relationship with the networks, groups, and alliances involved in HR and protection issues.
  • Experience in providing psycho-social support
  • Good in written and spoken English and Nepali, good reporting and communication skills.
  • Willing to work under high pressure and during off hours.
  • At least +2 pass or equivalent with 3 years of experience in the related field

5. Community Mobilizer-3

  • Experience working with the local community, especially with girls and women from vulnerable groups.
  • Familiar with protection issues of girls and women in Nepal.
  • Awareness-raising and sensitization skills
  • Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English and Nepali language.
  • Willing to work under high pressure and during off hours.
  • At least SLC/SEE with 3 years of experience in the related field

6. Health Worker (Part-time position)-1

  • Experience working with and for children, youth, and women.
  • Good working knowledge and practice on adolescent health, FP and SRH
  • Prior experience in conducting health camps and campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills with good English and Nepali language.
  • HA or PCL Nursing with a minimum 2-year experience in the related field

7. Psychosocial Counsellor-1

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Psychosocial Counsellor
  • In-depth knowledge of human psychology and personality traits
  • Very good planning, observation, assessment, interpretation, communication, and motivational skills
  • Good command over Nepali and English language
  • Dynamic and dependable with good interpersonal relationship skills
  • Minimum +2 level of education and specialized training in psychosocial counselling
