For the current fiscal year 2081/082, as per the approved permanent provincial positions and federal conditional grants allocated for Rasuwa Hospital under the Bagmati Province Government, Ministry of Health and Health Directorate, this notice is published to inform all interested eligible Nepali citizens that applications are invited within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice to fill the following vacant positions on contract basis according to the "Physician and Health Worker Service Management Procedure 2078" and as per Annex 6 of Health Service Regulations 2055. Application forms can be obtained from Rasuwa Hospital.

Details:

1. Required Documents: • Nepali citizenship certificate • Registration and renewal certificate from relevant council and educational qualification certificates • Valid driving license obtained before the date of publication of this notice (for driver position) • Experience certificates if any (self-attested copies to be submitted with application form)

3. Selection Process: Interview process as per Physician and Health Worker Contract Service Management Procedure 2078

4. Examination Center: Rasuwa Hospital, Rasuwa

5. Application Fee: Rs. 1200/- for eighth level, Rs. 700/- for fifth/fourth level, and Rs. 400/- for non-classified level. Fee must be deposited in the Provincial Revenue Account at Nepal Bank Limited, Account No. 27202000000100100001, Revenue Code No. 14224, Office Code No. 3700128013 for Rasuwa Hospital, and original voucher must be submitted.

6. Service Period: For the current fiscal year 081/082. (Note: The contract will be automatically terminated if permanent staff are recommended by the Provincial Public Service Commission or transferred. Termination will be based on reverse order of merit list.)

7. Method of Submitting Application: Fill out the form as per Annex-2, Clause (6), Sub-clause (1) of the Physician and Health Worker Contract Service Management Procedure 2078, and submit in person during office hours within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice along with revenue receipt.

8. Age Limit: By the last date of application submission, minimum 18 years for assistant level and 21 years for officer level.

9. Salary and Benefits: Salary scale as per prevailing rules of Government of Nepal and other benefits as per hospital's decision.

10. Last Date for Application Submission: Date 2081/12/05 (March 18, 2025) (next day if public holiday)

11. Interview Date: Will be published the day after the last date of application submission.
