Government of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of National Id and Civil Registration, Singha Durbar, Kathmandu Notice of Call for Application for Admission in Detail Registration Operator Agreement for National Identity Card
Under the program of providing National Identity Cards to all Nepali citizens, the details registration operators have to be recruited through open competition to collect the details of the citizens in different districts through mobile service. Interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications are invited to submit their online application form by creating a User ID at https://application.donidcr.gov.np/ within 15 days from 2078-08-20. If there is a public holiday on the last day of submission of application, then the application has to be submitted during office hours on the first day of office opening.
1) Number of demands - 80 (plus 80 more will be included in the roster as required)
2) The date of written examination will be published later on the website of the department.

Required Qualifications:
A) Age limit of the candidate: Nepali citizen who has completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years till the last date of application but not exceeding 40 years in case of women and Janajati,
B) Minimum educational qualification and training: Passed proficiency certificate level or 10-2 and received at least 3 months computer related training; Or proficiency certificate level or equivalent or higher level with 100 marks in computer subject, if passing the certificate of separate training is not required,
C) Must be able to type Nepali well in English and Nepali Unicode Romanized fonts,
D) No action has been taken to disqualify him for government service.
Salary: Rs. Remuneration will be provided at the rate of Rs. You will have to work even on public holidays.

Documents to be uploaded along with the application form:
1) Certificate of Nepali citizenship,
2) Minimum Educational Qualification Certificate (Tanscript), Character Certificate, Equivalent Certificate must be submitted in case of passing from foreign educational institution,
3) A transcript of the educational qualification one level above the minimum educational qualification.
4) Certificate of Computer Training (Proficiency Certificate Level or 10 + 2 or equivalent or above, no separate training certificate is required in case of studying Computer subject),
5) Certificate of Work Experience (Open Certificate of Data Entry or Computer Operator or Computer Instructor or Computer Software from an organization recognized by the Government of Nepal)
Note: The mentioned documents have to be attested by the candidate himself.
Terms:
(A) The department will have to go to the local level wards within any district where the national identity card details collection campaign has been conducted.
B) The details to be selected under this advertisement will not be available to the registered operators at the rate of Rs.
C) Details of at least 40 people should be registered daily.
D) When submitting the online application, the uploaded documents should be clearly understood from the original copy otherwise the application will be rejected.
E) Must type correctly in English and Nepali Unicode Romanized Layout.

Contract Agreement and Term: For the first time, the contract agreement of at least 3 months will be from this department. Failure to perform the prescribed work may result in termination of contract at any time. If the work is satisfactory, contract period can be extended as required.
