Since poor family identity and identity card distribution program has to be conducted within Ramdhuni municipality. To fill the posts of enumerators and supervisors in the contract service through open selection method as per the approved program of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation. This information has been published for all the concerned Nepali citizens who have reached the required minimum qualification and have not committed any offense within 3 days from the date of publication of this notice to submit the application along with the receipt of payment of revenue and necessary documents.
Vacancy Details:
1. Supervisor - 9 (Nine)
2. Ganak (Enumerator) - 1 (One)
Minimum educational qualification:
For Supervisor: Passed at least bachelor's degree or equivalent in any subject including statistics or population or economics or mathematics from a recognized educational institution and have basic knowledge of computer.
For Ganak (Enumerator): Passed at least certificate level or equivalent in any subject including Statistics or Population or Economics or Mathematics from a recognized educational institution and basic computer related knowledge.
2) Type of service: Contract service for 5 months only.
3) Application Form: To be filled in the application form prescribed by Ramdhuni Municipality
4) 3 passport size photos.
5) Necessary documents to be submitted
- A) Shadow copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
- B) A copy of the certificate of minimum educational qualification mentioned above
- C) Copy of permanent address opening certificate.
6) Salary facility and other service conditions: As per the agreement with this office.
7) Age of the candidate: Completed 18 years by the last date of application and not exceeding 40 years.
8) Candidate Selection Method: Direct Interview.
9) Place to receive and submit the form: In the office of Ramdhuni Municipality.
10) Supervisor's examination fee: Rs.600. (Six hundred). Enumerator's examination fee: Rs. 400 (Four hundred)
11) Last date to fill the application form: 7 days from the date of publication of the notice (2078-8-29)
12) Procedure for Submission of Examination Fee: The examination fee should be submitted to the Revenue Branch of Ramdhuni Municipality along with the application.
13) Ramdhuni Municipality shall have full authority to approve / reject the application and cancel the advertisement.
14) No action will be taken on the application which is not completed. If you fill in the application form by mentioning false details, you will be responsible for it yourself.
