1. Position: Director of Sales & Marketing - 01
Candidates having pleasant personality with good communication skill and vast knowledge on Sales 8 Marketing techniques as well as commanding administrative experience. Candidates should be able to create market in the domestic as well as in the international level and meet the sales target of the Hotel. Train staff as per the RHG brand standard and to assist Sales Team. Minimum qualification Bachelor in any discipline with 12/ 15 years of experience in 4/5 star in the similar position.
2. Position: Master Chef / Sous chef - 01
Candidates having pleasant personality and should be able to manage the Quantity Kitchen( Events). Candidate is responsible for quality food preparation in the kitchen and train staffs. BHM or Diploma with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience in continental or 8/10 years of professional experience in 5/4-star international chain hotel in the similar role as junior Sous Chef.
3. Position: Chief Kitchen Steward -01
Candidates having pleasant personality and should be able to manage the full control of kitchen stewarding aspect In coordination with F & B teams. BHM or Diploma with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience or 8/10 years experience in 5/4-star international chain hotel In the similar role Me should have thorough knowledge of modern kitchen equipment and preferably HACCP certified.
4. Position: Event Chief- 01
Candidates having pleasant personality with years of experience in managing Banquet Kitchen. Candidate is responsible for overall administrative aspects of the kitchen as well as be creative. BHM or Diploma with minimum 4/5 years of similar experience in condnental/Indian/ChInese cuisine or 8/10 years experience in 5/9-star international chain hotel in the similar role.
Position: IT Manager - 01
Candidates should be able to responsible for the day-to-day support of all IT systems for smooth functioning and co-ordination of vendors for Guest Internet, Property Management Systems PMS, Point of Sale - POS, IPTV. Telephony systems, Hardware and Networking. Degree or Diploma in Information Technology field. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Hospitality. Operations, and IT support roles.
