To make foreign employment safe, dignified, systematic, and reliable, this ministry is hiring the following human resources on a contract basis for tasks such as information counseling, access to justice, and awareness activities. Therefore, experienced Nepali citizens are invited to apply. This notice has been published for public information, and interested applicants are requested to appear in person and submit their application within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this second notice (during office hours).

Position Details:

• Position Title: Provincial Program Coordinator

• Level: Officer Level (Seventh)

• Number of Vacancies: 1 person

Required Documents to Submit:

1. Application form as per the prescribed format

2. Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

3. Age must be at least 21 years and not exceed 35 years (not exceeding 40 years in case of female applicants)

4. Copy of academic qualification certificate of at least a Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institution

5. Copy of basic training certificate related to safe foreign employment or social mobilization

6. Certified documents showing a minimum of 5 years of work experience at officer level or higher in the field of foreign employment or social mobilization

7. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Email, Internet, KOBO Tool, AI), and ability to type in both Nepali and English languages

8. Ability to speak and prepare reports in both Nepali and English

9. Self-declaration letter stating that the applicant has not been convicted of any criminal offense disqualifying them from government service and is not disqualified under prevailing laws
