Since there is a need to recruit personnel on a contract basis for the following positions at Provincial Hospital Bhadrapur, eligible and interested Nepalese citizens are invited to submit their applications to the administration branch of this office within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. The application form will be available from this office.

Available Positions:

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

(A) Medical Officer (Officer Level 8th)

1. Must be a Nepalese citizen.

2. Minimum educational qualification: MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution.

3. Age Limit: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceeding 45 years.

4. Should not be disqualified under prevailing laws.

5. Documents to be submitted with the application:

   • Personal details (CV)

   • Certified copy of academic qualification certificates

   • Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • If applicable, certified copy of appointment letter and service certificate for work experience

   • Certified copy of valid permanent registration certificate from the Nepal Medical Council

   • All submitted copies must be self-attested.

6. Selection will be based on written examination and interview.

7. If the last date for application submission falls on a public holiday, applications can be submitted on the next working day.

(B) Lab Technician (Assistant Level 5th)

1. Must be a Nepalese citizen.

2. Minimum educational qualification: Lab Technician Course or equivalent from a recognized institution.

3. Age Limit:

   • General: 18–40 years

   • Female candidates: 18–45 years

4. Must have a permanent registration certificate from the Nepal Health Professional Council.

5. Should not be disqualified under prevailing laws.

6. Documents to be submitted with the application:

   • Personal details (CV)

   • Certified copy of academic qualification certificates

   • Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • If applicable, certified copy of appointment letter and service certificate for work experience

   • Certified copy of permanent registration certificate from the Nepal Health Professional Council

   • All submitted copies must be self-attested.

7. Selection will be based on written examination, practical test, and interview.

8. Appointment Process:

   • The first-ranked candidate will be recommended for the Provincial Program.

   • The second-ranked candidate will be appointed under the Hospital Management and Operation Committee.

(C) Pharmacy Assistant (Assistant Level 5th)

1. Must be a Nepalese citizen.

2. Minimum educational qualification: Certificate level in Pharmacy or equivalent from a recognized institution.

3. Age Limit: 18–45 years.

4. Must have a permanent registration certificate from the Nepal Pharmacy Council.

5. Should not be disqualified under prevailing laws.

6. Documents to be submitted with the application:

   • Personal details (CV)

   • Certified copy of academic qualification certificates

   • Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • If applicable, certified copy of appointment letter and service certificate for work experience

   • Certified copy of permanent registration certificate from the Nepal Pharmacy Council

   • All submitted copies must be self-attested.

(D) Radiographer (Assistant Level 5th)

1. Must be a Nepalese citizen.

2. Minimum educational qualification: Certificate level in Radiography or equivalent from a recognized institution.

3. Age Limit: 18–45 years.

4. Must have a permanent registration certificate from the relevant Council.

5. Should not be disqualified under prevailing laws.

6. Documents to be submitted with the application:

   • Personal details (CV)

   • Certified copy of academic qualification certificates

   • Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • If applicable, certified copy of appointment letter and service certificate for work experience

   • Certified copy of permanent registration certificate from the relevant Council

   • All submitted copies must be self-attested.

(E) Staff Nurse (Assistant Level 5th)

1. Must be a Nepalese citizen.

2. Minimum educational qualification: Proficiency Certificate Level (PCL) in Nursing or equivalent from a recognized institution.

3. Age Limit: 18–45 years.

4. Should not be disqualified under prevailing laws.

5. Documents to be submitted with the application:

   • Personal details (CV) with a permanent address mentioned

   • Certified copy of academic qualification certificates

   • Certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate

   • Certified copy of registration certificate from the relevant Council

   • All submitted copies must be self-attested.

6. Selection will be based on written examination and interview.

7. Appointment Process:

   • The first-ranked candidate will be appointed under the Provincial Program.

   • Candidates ranked second and onwards will be appointed under the Hospital Management and Operation Committee.

Additional Information:

• The terms mentioned in this notice will be followed accordingly.

• Other matters will be as per prevailing rules and regulations.

• Candidates with foreign educational qualifications must submit an equivalency certificate.

• Candidates from targeted communities must submit a recommendation from the District Administration Office.

• Only work experience from government institutions will be considered.

• Salary and benefits will be provided as per the decision of the Provincial Government and Hospital Management Committee.

• If required, a shortlist may be published, and only shortlisted candidates will be allowed to participate in the examination.

• The exam date will be announced later.
