Applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens for the following positions at Provincial Hospital, Besishahar, Lamjung, under temporary positions approved by the Health Ministry, Gandaki Province for provincial contracts, 2081/82 approved programs and management committee, as per the "Service Contract Physician and Health Worker Management Procedure, 2079". Important Information:
- Application forms are available at the hospital's administration section or can be downloaded from the Health Ministry, Gandaki Province website: mohp.gandaki.gov.np. Completed forms must be submitted to the hospital with all required documents.
- Required documents: Personal details, copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, copies of educational certificates, valid/renewed relevant council registration certificate, copies of work experience certificates, and original voucher of examination fee payment. Candidates must bring original documents on the day of the interview.
- Examination fee: Rs. 700/- (Seven hundred only) for fifth level positions and Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only) for fourth level positions.

- Eligibility criteria:
- Must be a Nepali citizen
- Must not have been convicted of corruption or criminal offenses by a court
- Must not have been dismissed from government service that would make them ineligible for future government service
- Salary: As per the prevailing law for the respective level's initial salary scale and as per the decision of the Hospital Management Committee.
- The applicant must self-certify copies of certificates submitted with the application.
