According to the approved budget and program of the Prime Minister's Agriculture Modernization Project Project Implementation Unit for the Fiscal Year 2077/78, the following posts required for Bagmati Pradesh, to be appointed in contract service through open competition through interviews with qualified candidates through interviews. Within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice, personally present at the Project Implementation Unit, Bharatpur, Chitwan during office hours, submit a written proposal enclosing a certified copy of all educational qualifications, a copy of the certificate of Nepali citizenship, a copy of the certificate of experience. Vacancy Details:
1. Horticulture Expert
- Candidate Should have at least a bachelor's degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture or related field.
- Candidate with at least 3 years of professional experience preferably in the programs related to Agri-Business development, Value chain development, agriculture commercialization, fruit, and vegetable crop research and extension.
2. Plant Protection Expert:
- Preference will be given specific experience on protected and precision agriculture, kiwi & banana plantation.
- The candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree in Agriculture/ Entomology/pathology or related field.
3. Social Development Expert
- Candidate with at least 3 years of professional experience preferably in the programs related to Agri-Business development, Value chain development, agriculture commercialization, crop insect pest management, and extension.
- Preference will be given specific experience on apiculture.
- The candidate should have at least a bachelor's degree in sociology or a related field.
- Candidates with at least 3 years of professional experience preferably with development projects related to gender, social inclusion, and empowerment in agriculture commercialization.
4. Marketing Expert
- Candidate Should have at least a bachelor's degree in Agriculture with a specialization in agricultural economics/Agriculture marketing/ agri-business or related fields.
- Candidate with at least 3 years of professional experience preferably with development project related to Value chain development, marketing, agriculture commercialization, and agri-extension
