Pradesh 1 Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for 4th and 5th Level (Non-Technical): Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog, Pradesh no. 1, Biratnagar, Nepal, (Information Communication Technology and Publications Branch) Advertisement of Internal Competition, Open and Inclusive Competitive Written Examination for Non-Technical Posts of Various Service Groups of Local Government Service
Applications are invited from the following qualified candidates as they have to be filled through internal competition, open and inclusive posts through competitive examination in the lower service, group, sub-group and level posts in the local government service. Candidates who have reached the specified minimum qualification will have to apply through the Commission's online application system www.ppsconline.p1.gov.np.
The local level will be recommended according to the selection order of the candidates selected from the competitive examination. The candidates recommended in this way will be given permanent appointment by the concerned local level. Terms of service and salary and other facilities will be in accordance with the prevailing law.

Examination Fee:
The application fee for each advertisement should be submitted as under. Candidates applying for additional advertisements on behalf of the inclusive group will have to pay the prescribed additional fee for each additional group.
For Leve 5: Rs. 400
For Level 4, Rs. 300
Each inclusive group has Rs. 200 [Including each group Rs. 150]
In addition, if the candidate has selected more than one group on the basis of auxiliary level 5 level service / group (General Administration / Accounting / Internal Audit) selected in the online system, an additional examination fee of Rs. 200 (two hundred) will have to be paid for each additional group.

Method of submitting application fee: After filing the revenue amount in the above mentioned revenue account details, go to www.ppsconline.p1.gov.np to get the voucher received from the bank. Login with your User ID and Password and go to all the applications within my application. Upload the scanned revenue voucher by clicking on the Pay button in the application you are trying to pay within all the applications. Application Fee Submission Period: After submitting the application online, the candidate has to pay double fee along with the Master ID received and must submit the voucher of the application fee / double fee must be submitted within the specified bank / office within the office hours the day after the last date of application. (If there is a public holiday on that day, then the first day of office opening after that).

Age limit of the candidate: 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years till 2078-09-25 and not exceeding 40 years in case of women and disabled candidates. There will be no age limit for permanent employees of civil service, state civil service and local government service.

Minimum Qualification Required:
1) Assistant, Level 5, Administration Service, General Administration Group: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
2) Accounting Assistant, Level 5, Administration Service, Accounting Group: Proficiency Certificate in Management (10+2) or Commerce from a recognized educational institution or Proficiency Certificate level (10+2) or equivalent in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics or one of the major subjects in Public Administration.
3) Internal Audit Assistant, Level 5, Administration Service, Audit Group: Passed Proficiency Certificate level (10+2) or equivalent in Business Administration or Commerce in a recognized educational institution.
4) Assistant, Level 5 Judicial Service, Law Group: Passed Proficiency Certificate level (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
5) Women Development Inspector, Level 5, Miscellaneous Services: Proficiency Certificate from a recognized educational institution
6) Assistant, Level 4, Administration Service, General Administration Group: Passed the entrance examination (SLC) or similar from a recognized educational institution.
7) Accounting Assistant, Level 4, Administration Service, Accounting Group: Passed Entrance Examination (SLC) or equivalent in Mathematics or Ain Shrestha or Elective Accounting subject from a recognized educational institution.
8) Assistant Women Development Inspector, Level 4, Miscellaneous Services: Passed SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution
Note: In case of candidates who pass the entrance examination (SLC or equivalent) after the implementation of grading system, those who get GPA 2 or above and in case of candidates who pass the Secondary Education Examination (SLC) each subjects of class 11 and 12 (theoretical and Those who have obtained minimum D + and CGPA 1.6 in the experimental) will be considered to have acquired the relevant educational qualification.
Special information for internal competition:
1) Employees permanently working in the posts of administration service, general administration group, assistant level 4th level, civil service in the assistant post, state civil service and assistant level 4th level of local government service, which will be filled by internal competitive examination, may be potential candidates.
The minimum educational qualification required for the post of Assistant Level 4th Level should be completed as per sub-section (6) of section 7 and sub-section (1) of section 21 of the Civil Service Act, 2049 BS.
(However, in case of women, Adivasi / Janajati, Madhesi, Dalit, disabled and permanently residing in the civil service, state civil service and local government service, they will be potential candidates for promotion even if the service period is less than one year.)
2) Must have no disqualification to be a candidate as per Section 10 of the Civil Service Act, 2049.
3) The calculation of the previous service period shall be in accordance with Rule 123 of the Civil Service Rules, 2050. For that, the service period should be certified.
4) In case of educational qualification to be equivalent, a certified copy of equivalent determination must be submitted.
5) While filling the application form, it is mandatory to mention the details related to your service.
Information for open and inclusive examinations:
1) Must be not disqualified as per prevailing civil service law (Article 10 of Civil Service Act, 2049).
2) Passed in the first stage for the posts to be examined in two stages, first stage and second stage
3) Candidates will be allowed to participate only in the second phase.
4) In order to pass the examination of the first phase, you have to get 40 (forty) percent marks of the marks of the first phase. The result of the written test will be published on the basis of 100% marks obtained in the first stage examination and the total marks obtained in the second stage examination.
5) The open and inclusive written examination of the first phase will be held on the same sitting date and time.
6) Only women will be allowed to be candidates for the posts of women development.
7) While publishing the results of the candidates selected from the open and inclusive written examination, all the service groups will be published in alphabetical order.
8) Candidates selected from the written test will have to fill the priority order of the local level before joining the computer skills test and interview. Candidates who do not fill the priority list will not be allowed to participate in the interview.
9) On the basis of the inclusive groups mentioned by the candidate in the application form, the inclusive group of the candidate will be maintained as per the prevailing arrangement of the Commission.
10) Candidates selected for open and inclusive and more than one inclusive group for Computer SIP test and interview from written test to open and inclusive group will be scheduled to participate in computer SIP test and interview only once. Will be counted in groups (open and inclusive).
11) Recommendation for appointment will be made according to the merit order obtained after the examination of all the stages and according to the priority order of the local level chosen by the candidate.
Special Instructions for Candidates Applying for Inclusive Group:
Candidates wishing to apply for inclusive group posts should prepare the following documents at the time of application. After being selected for the interview from the result of the written test, when you come to give the interview, you will have to bring the original of such documents along with the self-certified copy. If the above mentioned documents are not found to be valid at the time of application, the application may be canceled at any time.
A) In case of Adivasi / Janajati: On the basis of the same list in case of caste listed in Nepal Adivasi / Janajati Uttan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act, but if there is more than one caste within the caste listed in Nepal Adivasi Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act, caste listed by Chief District Officer on recommendation of concerned local head Document certified as Inner Surname.
B) In case of Madhesi: Document certified as Madhesi by the Government of Nepal by publishing the information in the Nepal Gazette as specified by the organization, but not by publishing the information in the Nepal Gazette, certifying the organization as Madhesi by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the concerned local head.
C) In case of Dalits: In case of castes listed by the National Dalit Commission on the basis of the same list, but if there is more than one caste within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, document certified as caste within the concerned local level (recommended by the Chief District Officer.
Note:
1) Duration of Experience Minimum service period should be completed by the last date of receipt of application for the relevant post in case of advertisement requiring advertisement. The duration of double fee will not be calculated for the purpose of age, educational qualification, period of experience and other qualifications.
2) As there is no provision to be a candidate for the same level post, the application of such candidate will not be accepted.
3) Applications which have not been submitted within the time limit prescribed by the Commission or have not met the minimum qualifications or have not disclosed other specified details or have not paid the prescribed fee will not be accepted.
4) Candidate seeking Assistant Writer should contact the office of the Commission at least 7 (seven) days before the commencement of the written examination. Otherwise, the Commission will not be obliged to provide Assistant Writer.
5) Candidates who pass the written test must submit a certificate of educational qualification, certificate of Nepali citizenship, a certificate of service experience required by the head of the concerned office if required before the interview and a copy along with a copy of the documents mentioned for inclusive and open application. 6) Must have attained the prescribed educational qualification by the last date of application. Candidates who have studied in a foreign institution should have determined the equivalent of the qualification they have obtained from the concerned body.
7) The candidate must disclose the details of the type / group of his / her candidature in the prescribed format in the admission card otherwise he / she will not be included in the examination.
8) Candidates will have to update their mobile number and email address while filling up the form online. Since the candidate's form acceptance / rejection details will be communicated directly through mobile or email, if the concerned candidate is not able to participate in the examination due to wrong mobile number and email address, then the candidate concerned should be responsible for it.
9) Once the advertisement number and examination center have been selected, there will be no revision, so you have to choose the advertisement number examination centers with confidence.
10) In the examination, the examinee must use only black ink, otherwise the answer sheet will be canceled.
