We seek to recruit the following positions in Practical Action South Asia Regional Office, Nepal.
- Project Manager: Reporting to Head of Programme Delivery, the Project Manager will work under the Zurich funded Flood Resilience Programme. S/he shall oversee the project and be responsible for coordination with the UK and other country teams as well as alliance members in Nepal towards achieving the global outcomes of the Zurich flood resilience programme. In coordination with different experts within Practical Action, s/he should represent the programme to alliance members and externally as required. The minimum qualification required is Master's Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, or Project Management with five years of work experience in related field.
- Fragility, Peace Building and Relation Officer: Reporting to the Project Manager of Climate Change and Fragility Project (CCFP), the incumbent shall be responsible to support, plan and deliver the project activities on adaptation to climate change that leads to harmonious community, offer strategic leadership to build relation among partners, provincial and local governments, local communities, and other relevant stakeholders and provide support in framing strategies to minimise climate change triggered competition over resources. The minimum qualification required is a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resource Management, Climate and Environment Science or Social Science with three years of work experience in related field.
