1. Corporate Advisory

Jr. Officer to Sr. Officer - 1

Education:

• Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from a recognized university or ACCA / CA/ CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Management.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in Credit Department at Commercial or Development Banks of Nepal as Relationship Manager.
• Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application. Other qualities:
• Adequate knowledge of valuation, modeling, and Project Management related certification.
• Adequate knowledge of the Companies Act, Company Registration procedure, and taxation policy and procedures in the context of Nepal.
• Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• High level of commitment towards the job.
• Flexibility in office timing without time constraints.

2. Merchant Banking

B. Officer to Assistant Manager - 1

Education:

• Master's Degree in Commerce/ Economics/ Finance/ Management from a recognized university or ACCA / CA/ CPA and Bachelor's Degree in Management.

Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in the related field. Age not exceeding 35 years as on deadline of application. Other qualities:
• Adequate knowledge of By-Laws of regulatory bodies (SEBON, CDSC, and NEPSE) regarding Issue Management, Stock Listing in NEPSE & CDSC, and Underwriting.
• Proficient in both English and Nepali typing.
• High level of commitment towards the job.
• Leadership quality to lead the department to achieve the organizational goals.
• Flexibility in office timing without time constraints.
