Completed forms should be submitted according to the specified procedure.

Qualifications: Must have passed at least a certificate level in nursing from a recognized institution and be registered with the relevant council.

Remarks: Applicants who have studied abroad must submit an equivalence certificate from an institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
