The organization has been active in Nepal since 1978.
We are inviting applications from interested candidates for the following positions:
1. Project Officer - USAID Equity and Inclusion in Education
- Location: Country Office
- Employment Type: Fixed term until December 2025
- Responsibilities:
- Support overall planning, programming, and budgeting processes.
- Prepare periodic reports under the guidance of the Deputy Chief of Party.
- Implement activities within designated districts.
- Assist with the execution of all activities and compile comprehensive progress reports.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
2. Finance and Operations Coordinator (Grants) - USAID Equity and Inclusion in Education
- Location: Regional Office West - Surkhet
- Employment Type: Fixed term until December 2025
- Responsibilities:
- Provide overall financial, grants, compliance, and operational support.
- Support financial reporting on grant performance, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Monitor project expenses in line with USAID regulations and Plan’s policies.
3. Project Coordinator - USAID Equity and Inclusion in Education
- Locations: East Regional Office - Dhanusha and West Regional Office - Surkhet
- Employment Type: Fixed term until December 2025
- Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to Implementing Partners (IPs).
- Support project management and coordination.
- Enhance capacity of partners and government stakeholders on education planning and reporting.
- Ensure quality implementation of Equity and Inclusion related activities under the School Sector Education Plan (SESP).
