We invite application from interested and eligible candidates for the following position:

1. Technical Advisor- Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR)

Mid-level role with Fixed Term Employment for 2 years based in Country Office

The Technical Advisor-Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) will provide technical expertise and leadership in developing Plan International Nepal's strategy and programmatic/influencing approach on Sexual and Reproductive Health. The SRHR technical advisor will guide and support the Senior Technical Advisor- Lead & Decide in designing and monitoring projects incorporating SRHR particularly for access of adolescents to information and services of SRHR, sexuality education, and social accountability on SRHR services. The SRHR Technical Advisor will also be responsible for the capacity development of Plan International Nepal and its partner staff on SRHR.

2. Partner Support Specialist Mid-level

role with Fixed Term Employment for 2 years based in Regional Office-Surkhet

The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for the financial management and associated partners' capacity building of all partnerships in place. S/he has to build the capacity of Plan's implementing partners in relation to financial management including budget, expenditure and reporting in order to develop and maintain a reliable, efficient and effective financial system, with strong internal controls in place (this representing 60% of the role) and conduct audits on implementing partners through the course of the year (40% of the role). S/ he manages effective relationships and communicates appropriately with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective work planning and effective and diligent coordination between all parties.
