Partner Support Specialist
- Eligibility: Open to all applicants
- Employment Term: Fixed term until Dec 2026
- Location: Regional Office East
- Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the internal control mechanisms and financial & operational systems of implementing each partner
- Review Partnership Agreement and compliance during financial monitoring
- Coordinate with project manager, Regional team immediately if errors are identified and provide input for solutions
- Provide overall support to partners to enhance internal control systems and financial management capacity
- Conduct periodic financial monitoring of partners to ensure statutory and organizational compliance
Admin and Front Desk Officer
- Eligibility: Open to all applicants
- Employment Term: Fixed term until Dec 2026
- Location: Country Office
- Responsibilities:
- Support office operations through the smooth functioning of the front desk and admin functions at Country office
- Reporting to the Operation Manager, responsible for front desk, cash fund transactions, air ticketing, accommodation, events support, repair and maintenance, and general administrative support
- Ensure procurement of goods and services with correct documentation within two weeks after receipt
- Supervise and manage Office Attendant
Media & Communication Specialist - Re-Advertisement
- Eligibility: Open to all applicants
- Employment Term: Fixed term for 2 years from the date of employment
- Location: Country Office
- Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-impact communications reflecting the organization's principles and values as a leading child rights agency
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers
- Create and implement plans, meet deadlines, and drive for impact and results
- Hold self-accountable for decisions and respond positively to critical feedback
- Plan and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and other events
- Promote organizational initiatives, digital, and social media marketing
