1. Project Manager - ProTecT
Fixed Term Employment until 31st December 2023 based in Country Office, Lalitpur
The overall goal of the ProTEcT Project is to educate, empower and equip adolescent girls and young women, families, communities, protective actors, and local government with knowledge, capacity, and resources to help protect vulnerable populations, prevent trafficking, respond to risks and in contributing developing a system for repatriation of survivors across India, Bangladesh, and Nepal.
The Project Manager will provide leadership in the coordination, delivery, monitoring, and reporting of the ProTEcT Project in line with the approved project proposal, Detailed project implementation plan (DIP), and funding agreement document (FAD) following the gender transformative approaches as outlined in Plan Nepal Country Strategy. S/he is responsible for the high quality and timely delivery of the project according to the objectives and approaches described in the project proposal and contract documents and to the satisfaction of the project stakeholders.
