Plan International Vacancy Announcement for Partner Support Specialist, Project Officer and Project Specialist

We invite applications from interested candidates for the following positions:
1. Partner Support Specialist – Re advertisement
(Open to all applicants, Fixed term employment until Dec 2026) based in Regional Office East
Responsibility:
Develop a thorough understanding of the internal control mechanisms and financial & operational systems of implementing of each partner. Review Partnership Agreement and compliance during financial monitoring, Coordinates with project manager, Regional team immediately if errors are identified and provides input for way-out, provides overall over support to partners to enhance internal control system and enhance the capacity of partners in financial management. S/he will conduct periodic financial monitoring of partners to ensure statutory and organizational compliance.
2. Project Officer, Telethon: Child Not Bride Project
(Open to all applicants, Fixed term employment until Dec 2025) based in Regional Office West-Bardiya
Responsibility:
Provide overall technical support to implementing partner organization for the telethon funded “Child Not Bride Project,” an integrated component of Thrive (included Care and Protection), Learn, Lead and Decide.. to oversee and ensure a high-quality project implementation, in both development and humanitarian settings, and achieve targets towards Plan’s and/or donor’s requirements through overall management of the implementing partners within project in the respective areas and districts, under the direct supervision of Project Manager. Support Project Manager to manage implementing partners to ensure project deliverables are met as per the project design.
3. Project Specialist, Breaking Barriers for Girl’s SRHR
(Open to all applicants, Fixed term employment until August 2027) based in Regional office West-Dolpa
Responsibility:
Leads the planning processes and ensures partners have annual detailed implementation plan including realistic phased budget outlining major activities and timeline for the funds allocated in required planning templates provided by the Organization/GNO/Donor. Ensures appropriate fund allocation and expenditure on a monthly basis and take corrective measures by revisiting plans and communicating timely with Supervisor. Supports and is responsible for the partnership management in terms of compliance, zero tolerance policies, audits and management response, identification of capacity gaps and recommends for improvements. Understands partnership from both the perspectives- as an implementing partner and as a supporting partner to handle the partnership issues.
