We invite application from interested and eligible candidates for the following positions:
1. Partnership Specialist -1 Position
Fixed-term employment for 2 years from the day of employment-based in Country Office.
The Partnership Specialist role aims to improve our partnership skills, develop partnerships with the right partners, build the capacity of all existing partners of Plan International Nepal to effectively reach our strategic ambitions for girls and young women, and ensure that the partners are adequately resourced to do their designated work.
2. Finance Manager-Partner -1 Position
Fixed-term employment for 2 years from the day of employment-based in Country Office.
The Position holder will be responsible for the effective management of partnership with NGO, CBO, and Government Organizations for effective implementation of programmes through all stages from partnership assessment, capacity building on Financial management, for strengthening internal control system, Nepal Financial reporting standard for Not for the profit-making organization, reviewing partnership budgets; reviewing the financial management etc.
3. Sponsorship Communication Administrator -1 Position
Fixed-term employment for 2 years from the day of employment-based in Partner Office, Gulariya, Bardiya.
- The Sponsorship Communication Administrator is responsible for the adequate administration of ChildData ensuring compliance with Data Protection and Privacy Policy In close coordination with partner NGOs.
- S/he assists the Sponsorship Coordinator in quality assurance management of sponsorship communication documents and the implementation of quality assurance procedures and principles by implementing partner and their related staff.
- S/he also supports the Sponsorship Coordinator in organizing periodic training to all FO team along with key staff of partner 5405 on new updates on Child Sponsorship Communication, systems, and compliances.
4. Project Manager, Girls Get Equal: Preventing Child, Early and Forced Marriage -1 Position
Fixed term employment until December 2024 based in Regional Office-West, Surkhet.
- The Project Manager will provide strategic, technical and managerial leadership for the NORAD funded "Preventing Child, Early and Forced Marriage," integrated components of Care and Protection, Learn and Earn, Lead and Decide.
- S/he will take overall leadership in ensuring that the Project is implemented in all 3 districts (Bardia, Jumla, and Kalikot) and at Province and Federal Levels as per the design of the project.
- At Federal and Province levels, the Project Manager will be engaged in policy dialogues and advocacy as required.
