The purpose of this role is to provide strategic leadership to the Influencing Policy and Campaigns team in achieving our vision of an inclusive, just and safe society where all girls and young women enjoy their rights and live in freedom through influencing attitudes and behaviour; informing policy and encouraging implementation; forming strategic partnerships for the Girls Get Equal Campaign and through ensuring reputability and visibility of Plan's identity and branding.
