We implement programmes through local development partners in 12 districts in cooperation with the Nepal government, civil society organizations, and schools.

Plan International Nepal is fully committed to the gender-responsive safeguarding of all children and young people from all forms of violence. Plan International Nepal invites applications from female candidates only with priority from minority and youth groups for the following positions:

1. Partner Support Specialist - 1 Position (Re-advertisement)

Fixed Term Employment for 2 years based in Regional Office-East (Dhanusa) 

The Partner Support Specialist is responsible for the financial management and associated partners' capacity building of all partnerships in place. S/he has to build the capacity of Plan's implementing partners in relation to financial management including budget, expenditure and reporting in order to develop and maintain a reliable, efficient, and effective financial system, with strong internal controls in place (this representing 60% of the role) and conduct audits on implementing partners through the course of the year (40% of the role). S/he manages effective relationships and communicates appropriately with all key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective work planning and effective and diligent coordination between all parties.

3. Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Specialist - 1 Position

Fixed Term Employment until 30 June 2022 based in Regional Office, East (Dhanusa) 

The GESI Specialist will facilitate the integration of Plan's Gender Equality and Inclusion Policy across thematic programs thereby providing implementation and technical guidance to the program team at Regional Office-East. S/he will support for quality design, implementation and evaluation of programs to ensure the unique needs/challenges of women, men, girls, boys, and other genders, minority groups and persons with disabilities are identified and responded by our programs and that inequality is challenged wherever possible (transformative approach).

3. Senior Technical Advisor (WASH) - 1 Position

Fixed-term employment for 2 years based in Country Office, Lalitpur 

The Senior Technical Advisor-WASH Program leads and provides strategic direction for programme design and quality assurance as well as technical leadership and support in matters related to water, sanitation, and hygiene. S/he brings technical expertise and supports the quality of program design and delivery and the achievement of the relevant outcomes and impacts as identified in the Country Strategy.
