1) Emergency Response Manager

Managerial role with Fixed Term Employment for 2 years based in Country Office The Emergency Response Manager will be the lead of COVID-19 response team and other emergency response programs in case of new emergencies.

S/he will be a budget holder and have to monitor and manage the budget under her/his portfolio. The position works in close coordination and support of the Cash Specialist/focal person, Protection Technical Advisor, SBCC Specialist, Senior Technical Advisor-WASH, the Gender Specialist, and other relevant sectoral leads.

The position will work with the Grants and Compliance Manager to ensure that the reporting requirements have been met timely and the proper external communication has been done.

2) Senior Technical Advisor

Learn Managerial role with Fixed Term Employment for 2 years based in Country Office The Senior Technical Advisor - Learn initiates, leads, and provides conceptual and strategic direction for program design, capacity building, quality insurance as well as technical leadership and support in matters related to basic education and Skills and Opportunities for Youth Employment and Entrepreneurship (SOYEE) program.S/he brings specific technical expertise to the education and SOYEE program and ensures achievement of identified outcomes and impacts while incorporating relevant evidenced-based and cost-effective innovative solutions.
