Plan International Job Vacancy for Director of Program Quality and Innovation:

We implement programmes through local development partners in 24 districts in cooperation with the Nepal government, civil society organisations, and schools.

1. Director of Program Quality and Innovation-1 Position
Fixed-term employment for 2 years from the date of employment-based in Country Office
Oversees the development of high quality, innovative programs that deliver immediate and lasting change for girls in Nepal in line with the Country Strategy, and for monitoring the quality of the implementation of those programs. Also leads to disaster preparedness and initial response for Plan International Nepal, providing technical assistance and appropriate monitoring and evaluation in emergency responses. This role is a Country Management role reporting to the Country Director.
