Phidim Municipality, Office of Municipal Executive, Phidim, Panchthar, Koshi Province, Nepal, Notice Regarding Service Contract Recruitment.

To fulfill the vacant posts on a service contract basis through open competition for Phidim Municipality, eligible and interested Nepali citizens are informed to submit the application form along with the required documents within 15 days from this notice's publication date.

Eligibility:

a) For ANM: Must have passed ANM from a recognized educational institution and must be registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC). Preference will be given to those who have completed Skilled Birth Attendant (SBA) training.

b) For AHW: Must have passed CMA from a recognized educational institution and must be registered with the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC).

1. Curriculum: As determined by the Public Service Commission for the respective post.

2. Age Limit for Applicants: Must have completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years. For women, the age limit is up to 40 years.

3. Examination Fee: NPR 300 (Three hundred only).

4. Application Deadline: 2081/12/22 within office hours. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

5. Documents to be Attached with Application (Self-attested copies):

   • Citizenship certificate

   • Minimum educational qualification certificate

   • Experience certificate (if any)

   • Two passport-size photos

   • NHPC registration certificate

   • SBA training certificate (if applicable, for ANM post)

6. Application Submission Location: Office of Phidim Municipality, Panchthar. The application form can be downloaded from the municipality's website: phidimmun.gov.np. The examination fee must be deposited in Phidim Municipality’s internal revenue account at Nepal Bank Limited, Account No. 06703000010010000001 (Revenue Title Code: 14224). A scanned copy of the voucher along with the filled application form must also be emailed to: [email protected]

   Applicants who apply via email must collect their admit card at the office before the examination date.

7. Remuneration: As determined by the Office of Municipal Executive, Phidim Municipality.

8. Selection Procedure: Preliminary shortlist, written test, and interview examination schedule.

9. Examination Date: This will be published on the Phidim Municipality website after the application collection is completed.
