Perfect Blends (Nepal) Pvt. Ltd., a tobacco industry duly incorporated in Nepal, hereby invites applications from qualified candidates for the following positions in the department for implementation of Technical Assistance and License Agreement with JT International SA of Switzerland:
1. Country Manager with duties of supervising daily operations, overseeing recruitment, training and sales development, and expanding portfolio and organizational growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher Degree in business management or related field
- Minimum 15 years' experience in the tobacco industry with a good track record in business and personnel management, branding, marketing, sales and
- Excellent command of verbal and written English
- Training in related field will be given preference
2. Marketing Manager with duties of portfolio and brand development, consumer and trade marketing, investment resource allocation, trade strategy, market intelligence, consumer and trade trends monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years' experience in marketing preferably in tobacco or other controlled industries
- Proficiency in verbal and written English language
- Training in related field will be given preference
3. Sales Training Associate with duties of training sales staff, supporting organizational development, identify training needs and tracking the development of KPI achievements, developing tools for knowledge transfer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in personnel training or related field
- Minimum 10 years' experience in human resource development and personnel training in tobacco industries
- Working knowledge of sales and marketing
- Proficiency in verbal and written English language
4. Head of Sales Operation with duties of managing field operations, achieving distribution objectives, manage demand forecasts, managing sub-dealers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of a higher degree in sales or any technical field
- Minimum 15 years' experience in sales management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the tobacco industry
- Working command of verbal and written English language
5. Brand Manager with duties of development of branding strategy, long term brand growth, liaise with the international brand group, manage volume broadcasting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in branding, business communication, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing and data processing
- Excellent command of verbal and written English language
6. Production Manager with duties of overseeing the manufacturing process, logistics, and ensuring efficient production and resource planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in production in the tobacco industry
- Proficiency in verbal and written English language
