Essential Documents for Application
Applicants must furnish the following documents alongside their application:
- Attested copies of educational qualifications (S.L.C. to Post-Graduate/M.Phil/PhD).
- Certified copy of Nepali citizenship.
- Initial appointment letter and proof of continuous teaching experience.
- Certification of subject class load from the relevant authority.
- Copies of publications that meet University Service Commission standards.
- Four passport-size photographs.
- Eight copies of personal details (Bio-Data).
- Equivalence certification for qualifications obtained from non-Tribhuvan University institutions, if applicable.
- Certification from the Dean's Office/TU Service Commission for applicants teaching multidisciplinary subjects.
Note for Applicants
The deadline for application submission is between 2080/11/13 and 2080/11/27. Late submissions are accepted up to 7 days post-deadline with a doubled fee. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered for the selection process.
