1) Business Development Manager - Nos 4 (Male - with Driving License)
2) Business Development Manager - Nos 3 (Female)
Remuneration Package: Based on Mutual Agreement (QR 4000 to QR 6000 per month)
Inclusive: Free Vehicle Facility, Free Accommodation (or Allowance for Accommodation provided)
Selection Criteria:
- Age 25 to 40 Years old & Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Foreign Employment Field (Recruitment Agency)
- Proficiency in speaking, writing, reading, and typing in the English Language is must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing strategies and setting targets in order to maximize the organization's recruitment targets keeping in mind client loyalty.
- Formulation & implementation of sales & marketing strategies to build and maintain the organization's policies of marketing & sales expansion by maintaining the reputation with its customers/client companies and with other stakeholders.
- Timely reporting business performance report to the company management.
