Vacancy Details:

1. DEPUTY CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (DCEO)

Media-1, Real Estate- 1, Hospitality- 1

  • CA/MBAs with 2 years of experience in senior management/ leadership positions
  • Manages top-line, bottom-line and defines strategies to achieve them
  • Demonstrated strengths in planning, project management, people management, negotiation, and financial management

2. CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (Finance Manager/ Financial Analyst)

Media -1, Real Estate - 1, Hospitality -1

  • CA with 2 years of experience in financial management and analysis
  • Manages financials, feasibilities, due diligences, bank relations, funds, and risks
  • Passionate in finance, long term approach, result orientation, competencies on finance technical, knowledge of related Nepali laws

3. DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER (DGM): ENGINEERING 

Real Estate - 3, Hospitality - 3

  • Civil Engineers, Architects, Project Management Experts with 3 years of experience in engineering management at a leadership position with a track record of managing at-least 3 projects of pride in real estate and hospitality sectors
  • Designs procure and execute projects ensuring time, cost, and quality
  • Knowledge of modern engineering tools and practices, the practice of advanced IT skills related to engineering and project management, people management, and demonstrated problem-solving competencies

4. MANAGER: SALES AND MARKETING

Media -1, Real Estate & Hospitality - 1

  • MBAs with 2 years of experience as manager preferably in media and real estate
  • Designs marketing strategies, executes sales campaigns, achieves sales targets, maintains good relations with customers, organizes events
  • Relationship management, result orientation, planning, goal setting, social media and English language proficiency, presentable with good communication skills

5. SITE ENGINEER

Real Estate & Hospitality - 10

  • BE Civil/ B. Arch with 2 years of experience in related projects
  • Manage project, supervises quality, controls cost, ensures timely execution, manages contractors, solves technical problems, en sures developer's interests
  • Problem-solving, reporting skills, people management, time management

6. OFFICER: PROCUREMENT

Real Estate & Hospitality - 2

  • Bachelor degree in management with 2 years of experience in real estate and/or hospitality
  • Manages procurement, logistics, cost innovation, vendor management, On-time-in-full supplies
  • Advanced negotiation skills, relationship management, time management, crisis management, IT skills related to cost analysis, custom & clearing knowledge

7. OFFICER: INVENTORY MANAGEMENT/STORES

Real Estate & Hospitality - 3

  • Bachelor level education in any discipline with 2+ years of experience preferably in the above sectors
  • The arrangement, safe-keeping, demand-supply planning, and control of inventories
  • Knowledge of store procedures, related ERP modules,
    inventory type information, and time management

8. OFFICER: ADMINISTRATION

Media -1, Real Estate -1, Hospitality -1

  • Bachelor level education in any discipline with 2+ years of experience preferably in the above sectors
  • Manages operations, general procurement, asset management, documentation, compliances, people administration
  • Problem-solving, negotiation, general knowledge, relations management, cost management, Nepali typing, and formal communication, possesses 2-wheeler and driving license

9. OFFICE SECRETARY

Media -1, Real Estate -1, Hospitality -1

  • MBA with 2 years of experience in secretarial roles
  • Manages communications, correspondences, meetings, errands, MIS
  • Excellent English and Nepali {speak+type), pleasing personality, situation handling skills, outstanding communicator and coordinator

10. PROVINCE MANAGER

Media - 7

Location: Province Office

  • 3 years of experience In management
  • Minimum 2 years in a leadership position
  • MBA/CA or reputed
  • Excellent in communication and management tools and social media skills.
  • Should be open and agile, ready to travel, open to ideas and challenges

11. TEAM LEADER - PRESENTER / ANCHOR

Media -10

  • Candidate must Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali
  • Should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or equivalent
  • At least 1-year journalistic work experience with the leading television network
