Padhanako Lagi Kotha (PLK) Vacancy for QRM, Officer, and Program Manager
Padhanako Lagi Kotha (PLK) is a local non-government organization dedicated to advancing early-grade literacy and promoting gender equality in education for over 22 years. It is one of the local implementing partners for Room to Read. Padhanako Lagi Kotha invites applications from interested Nepali citizens for the following Kathmandu based positions.
1. Associate, Quality Reading Materials (QRM) - 1 Position
The Associate – QRM will support Officer – QRM to contribute to design and development of quality reading materials including children’s book and Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) to support the successful implementation of the Literacy Program of Room to Read.
2. Officer, Quality Reading Materials (QRM) - 1 Position
The Officer – QRM is responsible for contributing to the design and development of quality reading materials including children’s books and Teaching Learning Materials (TLM) to support the successful implementation of the Literacy Program (LP) of RtR.
3. Officer, Administration and Finance - 1 Position
The Administration and Finance Officer (AFO) is responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial transactions of the organization with technical and financial support of Room to Read. The position is tasked with developing budgets, monitoring transactions, and preparing financial reports. H/she possesses strong accounting and analytical skills.
4. Program Manager - 1 Position
The Program Manager for Padhanako Lagi Kotha’s (PLK’s) is responsible for the strategic and tactical execution of all program-related activities. This senior management role oversees implementation, coordination, development, reporting, and expansion of current and prospective program and administrative work. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors (BoD) of PLK, the Program Manager supervises program and program support teams.
