1) Place of submission of application:- Pacharauta Municipal Office Benauli, Bara.
2) Last date to submit the application:- By 2079-09-04 and if the last day is a holiday, then the next day.
3) Required Qualifications and Documents to be Submitted:
Medical Officer:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, all educational certificates of at least passing MBSS course from a recognized educational institution, certificate of registration with NMC, certificate of experience, cash receipt of payment of fees.
Health Assistant:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, all educational certificates of at least passing PCL in General Medicine course from a recognized educational institution, certificate of registration with NHPC, certificate of experience, cash receipt with proof of payment.
Staff Nurse:- Certificate of Nepali citizenship, all the educational certificates of staff nurse passed in a recognized educational institution, certificate registered with NNC, certificate of experience, cash receipt of payment of duty, and SBA training will be given preference.
Lab Technician:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, all educational certificates of at least passing PCL in Medical Laboratory Technology course from a recognized educational institution, certificate of registration in NHPC, certificate of experience, cash receipt submitted.
Radiographer Technician:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, all educational certificates of at least a Diploma in Radiography course from a recognized educational institution, certificate of registration with NHPC, certificate of experience, cash receipt of payment of fees.
Lab Assistant:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, All educational certificates of passing at least Pre-Diploma/TSLC in Medical Laboratory Technology course from a recognized educational institution, Certificate of registration in NHPC, Certificate of experience, Cash receipt of payment of fees.
AHW:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, all educational certificates of at least CMA course from a recognized institute, certificate of registration with NHPC, certificate of experience, cash receipt of payment of fees.
ANM:- Certificate of Nepalese nationality, all educational certificates of at least ANM course from a recognized educational institution, certificate of registration in NNC, certificate of experience, cash receipt of payment of duty, SBA training will be given priority.
Office Assistant:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, Certificates of at least 8th grade from a recognized educational institution.
Sweeper:- Certificate of Nepali citizenship, must know how to read general articles.
Night security guard:- Certificate of Nepalese citizenship, able to read general letters.
Nutrition Volunteer:- Certificate of Nepali citizenship, all educational certificates of at least class 12 from a recognized educational institution, should have at least 2 years of experience in the field of community mobilization, should be a local woman within Pacharauta Municipality,
Should not have been convicted of criminal charges due to moral turpitude, experience certificate, and cash receipt submitted by the fee.
