Position: Finance and Admin Officer, Pokhara Based —1
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Coordinator/Safe Home and CP Home In-charge while planning monthly programs as per the budget heading updating B/Expenditure
- Carry out regular financial transactions, comply with the accounting, financial, and HR manuals of the OVN organization.
- Maintain all financial documents Monitor B/expenditures & verify the transaction for reporting to donor & guide the team to resolve administrative & financial issues Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Business Administration with at least 2 years of experience progressively responsible in administrative and financial work in the project accounting
- Having good experience operate FAMAS software accounting system with a sound knowledge of excel, Nepalese tax regulation & committed to meeting deadlines
- Having a driving license (motorbike and/or scooter)
