Vacant Position: Office Assistant/Attendant
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Office Assistant/Attendant at our Central Office in Lalitpur. This is a unique opportunity to join a team committed to making meaningful changes in the lives of underprivileged children and their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the office premises, ensuring a healthy working environment.
- Coordinate with the cleaning staff to ensure thorough cleanliness.
- Safeguard office supplies and equipment, ensuring their proper use.
- Handle the payment of monthly utilities including telephone, electricity, water, and mobile bills.
- Assist in the reception area, managing phone calls and visitor inquiries in the absence of front desk officers and security guards.
- Support the Finance, Human Resource, and Operations Departments with external tasks, such as banking activities, collection of ORF money, and retrieval of employee cards from various funds.
