NTWPSR Vacancy for PME, Civil Engineer, Accountant, Office Runner, and Driver:
New Technical Waterproofing & Infra Rehabilitation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for outstanding and dedicated personnel for a challenging and rewarding career for the following positions:
1. Project monitoring Engineer (PME) -14 (Field based)
Qualification
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in building construction also, retrofitting work (At least five contracts of Building construction completed on time)
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (For design, review of drawings, and preparation of As built drawing)
- Perfect Knowledge of MS Excel for Billing works, preparation of Variation Order & other related documents of Contract.
- Coordinating, communicating & leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of quality control & frequency of Material test.
- Good knowledge of MS project for completion of project within the limited time frame (resources management, billing system, cash flow & other related works).
- More priority to the one who has completed the previously handled projects within the time frame (certificate required)
2. Civil Engineer/ Experienced Supervisor - 43 (Field based)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years' experience in Building Construction as a site engineer. (At least one contract of building construction (retrofitting works) completed on time.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel for billing & Variation order
- Coordinating, communicating & leadership skills
- Good knowledge of quality control & frequency of material test.
3. Accountant - 3 Nos (Field Based)
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years' experience in the Construction field.
- Good knowledge of income tax, VAT, material procurement, labor payment, etc.
- Good skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
- Good Communication Skill
4. Office Runner - 2 Nos
Qualification
- Intermediate degree with 2-3 years' experience in a related field
- Good Communication skill and ability to handle the situation
- Good Knowledge about the material purchase and market
