Required Qualifications

Departmental Head (Officer Level):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management or CA/Semi-CA from a recognized university.

At least 2 years of relevant experience at the officer level.

Supervisor (Information Technology):

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology from a recognized university.

At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.

Assistant:
-
Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) or equivalent from a recognized university.

At least 1 year of experience in the relevant field.

Trainee Assistant:

Proficiency Certificate Level (+2) or equivalent from a recognized university.

Candidates with a valid driving license and computer skills will be prioritized.

Work Areas

For the Departmental Head and IT positions, the work location is the Central Office in Pokhara.

For Trainee Assistant positions, candidates must be willing to work in any district where the institution has branches. They will be responsible for building customer relationships, loan disbursement, collections, and other field-related tasks.
Age Limit (as of the final application date)

Officer Level: Must be between 21 and 40 years.

Assistant Level: Must be between 18 and 35 years.

Female candidates are eligible for an additional 5-year age limit relaxation.
Salary and Benefits

For Trainee Assistants:

Monthly Salary and Benefits: NPR 25,080

Communication allowance, health and accident insurance, and temporary employee insurance will be provided.

After completing the 6-month training and achieving set targets, permanent appointment will be made to the position of Junior Assistant.
