Eligibility Criteria:
Monitoring Officer (Junior Officer): Must have passed Bachelor level, or equivalent from a recognized university and have at least 3 years work experience in banks and financial institutions. Preference will be given to applicants with higher qualifications, working as monitoring officer in banks and financial institutions, motorcyclist license, and computer proficient applicants.
Monitoring Officer (Supervisor): Must have passed Bachelor level, or equivalent from a recognized university and have at least 3 years work experience in banks and financial institutions Preference will be given to applicants who have higher qualifications, have worked as branch managers in banks, and financial institutions, have motorcycle driver's license and are computer literate.
Branch Manager (Senior Assistant): Must have passed Certificate Level, or (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized University and have at least 3 years work experience in Banks and Financial Institutions. Applicants who have passed Bachelor level in Economics and Management at least second class can apply even if they do not have work experience. Preference will be given to applicants who have higher qualifications, have worked as branch managers in banks and financial institutions, have motorcycle driver's license,s and are computer literate.
Junior Assistant: Must have passed certificate level or (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized university. Preference will be given to applicants who have passed the bachelor level, have a motorcycle driver's license, and are computer literate.
Additional qualifications:
1) Applicants of Officer Level have reached the age limit of 21 years and not exceeding 35 years, And the age limit of Assistant Level applicants should be 18 years and not less than 30 years. In the case of female applicants, the upper age limit will be increased by 5 years.
2) If there are educational certificates obtained from educational institutions outside Nepal, the certificate of equivalence determination should be submitted.
3) Advertisement No. 10/077/78 Applicants who pass the examination for the post of Junior Assistant will have to stay for a period of 6 months of training. Only training allowance will be provided during that period.
4) All rights related to staff selection shall be vested in this financial institution.
