Deposit and Credit Guarantee Fund (DCGF) Notice Regarding Recruitment Through Open Competition

According to the agreement of the Public Service Commission, permanent recruitment will be conducted through open competition for the following vacant positions in Nikshep Tatha Karja Surakshan Kosh.

Eligible Nepali citizens meeting the qualifications prescribed by the Fund’s Employee Service and Terms Regulation, 2074, are invited to apply via the Online Application Form system available at the Fund’s website: www.dcgf.gov.np. Applications that are incomplete or submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Advertisement Details:

Minimum Academic Qualification and Work Experience:

• Master’s degree in Commerce, Economics, Commercial Law, Public Administration, or Management, and at least five years of service at the officer level in a bank or financial institution or in an institution with over fifty percent ownership by the Government of Nepal, or in universities recognized by the Government of Nepal.
  OR

• Master’s degree in Technical Computer Engineering.

For Senior Assistant, a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized academic institution along with at least three months of computer training is required.

Special Notice Regarding the Advertisement:

Recruitment will be carried out as per legal provisions in accordance with the order issued by the Honorable Supreme Court on 2079/10/24 regarding writ petition no. 078-WO-0660 and related transmission applications.

Important Notes:

1. Types of Examination: Written test, interview, and other methods specified in the syllabus and examination plan.

2. Application Process and Fee Payment: Select the advertisement from the Online Application Form system available on the Fund’s website, register as a user, fill in the required details, and pay the application fee through any available payment service provider within the Online Recruitment System.

3. Equivalency: If applying based on an academic qualification obtained outside Nepal, a copy of the equivalency certificate issued by the concerned authority must be submitted.

4. Application Deadline: 2081/12/28 (Double fee deadline: 2082/01/04).

5. Last Date for Fee Payment: 2082/01/04.

6. Contact Date and Place: 2082/01/10 at 11:00 AM, Central Office of the Fund, Tangal, Kathmandu.

7. Date and Venue of Examination: The written exam will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. Date and venue will be announced later.

8. Age Limit:

   • For Assistant Level: Minimum 18 years, maximum 35 years.

   • For Officer Level: Minimum 21 years, maximum 35 years.

   • For Level 9: Maximum 40 years.

   • For women and persons with disabilities: Maximum 40 years.

   • Age limit does not apply to permanent employees of the Fund.

9. Additional Documents for Inclusive Candidates:

   • For backward area group, a citizenship certificate obtained from any of the following districts: Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu, or Humla.

   • Certificate from the concerned rural municipality or municipality confirming permanent residence in that location.

10. Disqualification: Individuals dismissed from any service resulting in future ineligibility for government service or service in an organization owned by the Government of Nepal, individuals convicted in criminal cases, suspended in government criminal cases, or involved in corruption charges shall be disqualified.

11. Syllabus for Written Exam: Available on the Fund’s website www.dcgf.gov.np.

12. Double Fee Period: Not counted for age, academic qualification, training, work experience, or job duration purposes.

13. Place of Work: Central Office of the Fund and its subordinate offices.

14. Other Matters: Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the Fund’s Employee Service and Terms Regulation, 2074, and other prevailing laws.

15. Invalid Applications: Applications not submitted properly may be rejected at any time.
