NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, registered as a subsidiary company of NIC Asia Bank Limited and having a "D" class license from Nepal Rastra Bank, is a prestigious microfinance financial institution with a national-level operating area.
In the field of microfinance, it has expanded the branch network the most and has conducted its microfinance program through 287 branch offices in 74 districts across the country.
Since the Corporate Office, State Office and Branch Offices of this financial institution are in need of employees for the following posts and the posts are to be filled through open competition; Applications are invited from eligible Nepali citizens who have reached the specified address within 15 days from the date of publication of the notification.
1. Deposit Relationship Manager [Assistant Manager] -1 (One)
Required Minimum Qualification:
- Having passed Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and have at least 5 years of working experience as a Deposit Relationship Manager / Branch Manager in the deposit department of a microfinance or bank and financial institution Special priority will be given to those who have done so.
2. Deposit Relationship Manager [Officer / Supervisor] - Few
Required Minimum Qualification:
- For Officer Level: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution and at least 3 years working experience as Deposit Relationship Manager in microfinance or banking and financial institutions.
- For Supervisor Level: Passed Proficiency Certificate level from a recognized institution and have at least 1-year working experience in microfinance or banking and financial institutions (Special preference will be given to those who have experience in deposit operations.)
3. ACCA or Semi-Qualified CA [Officer / Supervisor] - Few
- Required Minimum Qualification: Passed ACCA exam from a recognized institution or Semi Qualified CA
4. Province Deputy Head [Officer Level] - Few
Required Minimum Qualification:
- Having passed Bachelor's level from a recognized institution and having at least 4 years of work experience in microfinance or related field and having 1 to 3 years of work experience at Officer Level; (Special preference will be given to those who have work experience as Regional Manager / Area Manager Monitoring Officer.)
5. Branch Head [Supervisor / Senior Assistant) - Few
Required Minimum Qualification:
- Having passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution and having at least 3 years of working experience in microfinance or related field and having worked for at least 1 year. (Special preference will be given to locals.)
Age limit: Completed 21 years and not exceeding 35 years by the date of application.
Type of Examination: Candidates shortlisted initially will be selected through interviews.
Only shortlisted candidates from among the applications received will be contacted for an interview. All rights and decisions related to employee selection will be vested in the financial institution.
