By expanding the largest branch network in the microfinance sector by conducting its microfinance program through 287 branch offices in 74 districts across the country, it has been making a significant contribution to providing financial services by operating branches in rural areas without financial access.

Special preference will be given to those with experience in the field of microfinance.
Age limit: 21 years and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application.
Exam type: Initially, the shortlist will be selected through interviews.
Out of the duly received applications, only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. All rights and decisions regarding staff selection will be vested in the financial institution. The MFI may reject some or all of the applications without giving any reason.
