NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank Ltd., is a “D” class national level financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank for the following posts. 1) Manager - Finance Department (Assistant Manager) (No. 1)
Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, Kavre.
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Management from a recognized institution and worked for 3 years at an authorized level in a bank or financial institution or a member of ICAN after passing Chartered Accountant and working in a bank and financial institution approved by Nepal Rastra Bank for at least 3 years.
Experience: At least 4 years work experience in microfinance or related field and at least 1 year work experience in finance department at managerial level
Age: 30 years of age till the date of application and not exceeding 40 years.
2) Sub-Head of Province (Junior Officer-Officer-Senior Officer) - (Few numbers)
Location: Designated sub-provincial offices across the country.
Eligibility: Graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in microfinance or related field and 1 year at official level and at least 1 year of work experience as Area Manager.
Age: 21 years old and not exceeding 40 by the date of application.
3) Performance Assurance Officer / Monitoring Officer - (Number Some)
Location: Designated provincial and sub-provincial offices across the country.
Eligibility: Graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in microfinance or related field and 1 year at official level and at least 1 year of work experience as Area Officer or Monitoring Officer,
Age: 21 years old and not exceeding 40 by the date of application.
4) Chartered Accountant / Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant (Supervisor / Junior Officer / Senior Officer) - (Some number)
Location: Corporate Office Banepa, Kavre, and designated provincial and sub-provincial offices across the country.
Eligibility: Must have passed the Chartered Accountancy Examination from the National and International Institute of Chartered Accountants. In case of Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant, having passed Intermediate / IPCE or similar examination completed 3 years Articleship.
Age: 21 years of age and not below 35 years of age by the date of application.
Special priority will be given to those who have work experience in Nepal and in banks and financial institutions or related fields.
5) Digital Integration and Development Officer - (No. 1)
Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, Kavre.
Eligibility: Passed BE (Electronics and communication, Computer), BCA, BIT, BSC-CSIT, BIM from a recognized educational institution.
Experience: Special priority will be given to those who have experience in the Information and Technical field Share Point workflow, Web Parts, APPS, Page Layouts, API, Javascript, JQuery, Web Services, HTML5, CSS3 work experience.
Age: 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.
6) Database Administrator / MIS Developer (Assistant / Supervisor Junior Officer / Senior Officer): (No.-2)
Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, Kavre.
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related subject from a recognized educational institution. At least 1-2 years work experience in SQL Server, MySQL field as Database Administrator in Information and Technology.
Technical Proficiency:
- Gained proficiency in Extraction and Querying under Database application.
- Ability to work in Microsoft BI.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL technology.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL under RDBMS.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and Third Party tools.
- General knowledge of Distributed computing Architectures (Client-Server model).
Age: 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.
Special preference will be given to those who have work experience in microfinance or financial institution.
7) IT Officer-Core Banking System (Supervisor / Junior Officer / Officer): (Number- Few)
Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, Kavre.
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related subject from a recognized educational institution.
Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in the related field.
Technical Proficiency:
- To be able to work in coordination and participation with internal, external, and local vendors for tasks like Data Migration Performance Analysis, Tuning Activities Customization, Enhancement under CBS Project.
- Identification of problems related to CBS, Troubleshooting, and problems identified after the UAT process can be implemented in Live Application.
- Those who have worked in microfinance institutions will be given credit.
- Special priority will be given to those who have 1-2 years of work experience in Core Banking Software and proficiency in Customization.
Age: 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.
Special preference will be given to those who have work experience in microfinance or financial institution.
8) IT Officer- Network, System & Security (Supervisor / Junior Officer / Officer: (Number – Some)
Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, Kavre.
Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related subject from a recognized educational institution.
Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in the related field
Technical Proficiency:
- Must be proficient in HP-UX, Linux, Windows operating system, OSI modules under Operation System.
- Knowledge about Oracle, MS-Sql, Ms Access, Firewall in the database.
- Must be proficient in LAN, WAN, VPN, Dial-up, GPRS, 3G, ADSL, CDMA, ISO8583 format, V-SAT, Leased Line, Fiber connectivity, Internet, OSI modules.
- Knowledge of Banking Software.
- Knowledge of current information technology.
- Have a good knowledge of internal and external policies, instructions, manuals related to information technology.
- Those who have worked in microfinance institutions will be given credit.
- Knowledge of various servers (such as Apache, Resin, scripting, Unix, Shell Programming) Age: 21 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.
- Special preference will be given to those who have work experience in microfinance or financial institution.
9) Branch Manager (Assistant / Senior Assistant / Supervisor) - (Some number)
Location: Branches across the country.
Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution.
Experience: Worked in microfinance or related field for at least 3 years and branch head for at least 1 year.
Age: 21 years old and not exceeding 35 by the date of application.
10) Trainee Assistant / Contract Staff - (Number Some)
Location: Branches across the country.
Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized educational institution.
Experience: Can apply even without experience. Preference will be given to those who have at least 2 years of teaching in educational institutions, schools / high schools, and campuses and experience in the field of NGO / INGO in the field of NGO / INGO.
Age: 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age.
Special preference will be given to those with experience and driver's licenses (motorcycle/scooter) and locals.
