NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a reputed company registered as a subsidiary of NIC Asia Bank Limited and has a “D” class license from Nepal Rastra Bank. By expanding the largest branch network in the microfinance sector and operating its microfinance program through 285 branch offices in 74 districts across the country, the financial institution has been making a significant contribution in providing banking facilities by operating branches in rural areas without financial access. Since the financial institution is required to fill the following posts through open competition; Applications are invited from interested Nepali citizens who have reached the qualification to arrive at the specified address within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Educational Qualification:
- For Head of Finance and Accounts Department, Head of Risk Management Department, Head of General Administration Department and Head of Internal Accounts Department: Passed Chartered Accountancy from a recognized institution and Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution for Head of Law and Compliance Department.
- In the case of other departments: Graduated from a recognized institution.
Experience: At least 2 years experience in departmental head and officer level in the relevant department of MFIs or corporate / central office of the concerned area. However, those who have passed Chartered Accountancy can apply even with one year of experience.
Age: 21 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age by the date of application.
2) Sub-Province Head (Officer-Senior Officer) - (Number - Few)
- Location: Designated provincial offices across the country.
- Educational Qualification: Graduated from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 4 years experience with at least 1-year work experience at the official level in microfinance or related field. Also, special priority will be given to those who have acted as Area managers.
- Age: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application.
3) Head of Province Collection (Officer / Senior Officer) - (Number - Few)
- Location: Designated provincial offices across the country.
- Educational Qualification: Graduated from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 4 years experience with at least 1-year work experience at the official level in microfinance or related field. Also, special priority will be given to those who work in the department of collection and collection or work as Area Manager or Monitoring officers.
- Age: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application.
4) Province Monitoring Officer (Officer / Senior Officer) - (Number - Few)
- Location: Designated provincial offices across the country.
- Educational Qualification: Graduated from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 4 years experience with at least 1-year work experience at officer level in microfinance or related field. Also, special priority will be given to those who have worked as Area Manager or Monitoring Officer.
- Age: 21 years completed by the date of application and not exceeding 40 years.
5) Database Administrator / MIS Developer (Assistant / Supervisor / Junior Officer / Senior Officer) - (Number - Few)
- Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, Kavre.
- Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related subject from a recognized educational institution. At least 1-2 years work experience in SQL Server, MySQL field as Information and Technology Database Administrator.
Technical Proficiency:
- Gained proficiency in V Extraction and Querying under M Database application.
- Ability to work in Microsoft BI.
- Knowledge of Data Warehousing and ETL technology.
- Under RDBMS: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL.
- Preference will be given to those with experience in DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and Third Party tools.
- General knowledge of Distributed Computing Architectures (Client-Server model).
Age: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application. 18 years in the case of Assistant and Supervisor and not exceeding 35 years. Special preference will be given to those who have work experience in microfinance or financial institution.
6) IT Officer-Core Banking System (Supervisor / Junior Officer / Authorized) - (Number - Few)
- Location: Corporate Office, Banepa, Kavre.
- Eligibility: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related subject from a recognized educational institution.
- Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of work experience in a related field.
Technical Competency:
- Able to coordinate and participate with internal, external, and local vendors for tasks like Data Migration Performance Analysis, Tuning Activities Customization, Enhancement under CBS Project.
- Problems related to CBS can be implemented in Live Migration Performance Analysis, Tuning Activities Customization, Live Application of the problems identified after Enhancement.
- Acceptance will be given to those who have worked in MFIs.
- Special preference will be given to those who have 1-2 years of work experience in Core Banking Software and proficiency in customization.
Age: 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years till the date of application. 18 years of age in the case of Supervisor and not exceeding 35 years. Special preference will be given to those who have work experience in microfinance or financial institution.
7) Branch Manager (Senior Assistant / Supervisor) - (Number - Few)
- Location: Branch Offices nationwide.
- Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Worked in microfinance or related field for at least 3 years and as branch head for at least 1 year.
- Age: 21 years old and not exceeding 35 years of age till the date of application.
8) Junior Assistant - (Number - Few)
- Location: Branch Offices nationwide.
- Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized educational institution.
- Experience: Worked in microfinance or related field for at least 1 year.
- Age: Completed 18 years of age till application date and not exceeding 35 years.
9) Trainee Assistant - (Number - Few)
- Location: Branches and corporate offices across the country.
- Eligibility: Passed proficiency certificate level from a recognized educational institution.
- Experience: Can apply even without experience.
- Age: 18 years and not exceeding 35 years till the date of application.
(Special preference will be given to locals who have worked in microfinance or related field and have driver's license (motorcycle / scooter))
Note: Out of the duly received applications, only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the selection process. Placement will be done on the basis of priority in the places where there are branches. All rights and decisions regarding staff selection will be vested in the financial institution.
