NIC ASIA Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is a reputed microfinance financial institution licensed as a 'D' class financial institution by Nepal Rastra Bank. It is registered as a subsidiary of NIC ASIA Bank Limited and operates on a national scale.

This financial institution has made a significant contribution by expanding its branch network extensively across the country, operating in 74 districts with 287 branch offices, providing financial services to rural areas where financial access is limited.

   • SLC/SEE pass from an educational institution recognized by the Government of Nepal.
   • Prior experience in the microfinance sector will be an advantage.

Age Limit:

• For Management Level: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 58 years.
• For Officer Level: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 40 years.
• For Assistant Level: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years.
  • The upper age limit for female candidates will be increased by 5 years.

Type of Examination:

Only shortlisted candidates from the duly received applications will be contacted for an interview. All rights and decisions related to employee selection are vested with the financial institution. Job Location:

• For departments, the central office is located in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok.
• For state, sub-state, and branch offices, the location will be within the relevant state, sub-state, or branch office across the country.
