1. Branch Managers (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager) Required Number: 50
Locations: Inside & Outside Valley Branches
This position requires an ability to impeccably carry the Bank's Brand and effectively act as Bank's Brand Representative. The candidates are expected to possess excellent competitive, market, and product intelligence and be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies, and road-maps and ensure their effective implementation. The candidates should have abilities to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements and should possess the ability to lead the Branch towards achieving the set goals while enhancing customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience for Officer Level and Minimum 10 years of banking experience for Assistant Manager Level and above or in a related field and having experience in Credit/Relationship/Branch Management.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 50 years.
2. Relationship Managers (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer/ Senior Officer) Required Number: 100
Locations: Inside & Outside Valley Branches & Sub-Provincial Offices
The candidates are expected to possess strong willpower and energetic sales attitude and be responsible for supporting the inefficient execution of related strategies. The candidate should have the ability to support in leading the branch towards generating new business and identifying opportunities for greater growth and should have strong interpersonal skills & abilities to build rapport with customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience for Senior Assistant and Supervisor and 5 years of experience for Officer Level in Bank or related field and having experience in Credit/Relationship Management.
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 40 years.
3) Service Managers (Senior Assistant/Supervisor) Required Number: 50
Locations: Inside & Outside Valley Branches
The candidates applying for the service manager shall be responsible for overseeing the bank's administrative and operations activities and directing workflow between related units. The candidates are expected to be updated in applying up to date knowledge of banking policies, practices, and procedures in operations and service area of the bank.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
- Should have minimum 3 years of banking experience or in a related field and having experience in Operation Managment.
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 40 years.
4. Internal Audit Department (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) Required Number: Few
The candidates are responsible for verifying whether each department/ Branch or Provincial / Sub-Provincial Offices of the Bank is complying with all the applicable Laws, laid down policies, plans and procedures and communicate/report findings thereof. The candidates are expected to be well versed in the field of risk-based auditing.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field or Chartered Accountant.
- Should have minimum 5 years of banking experience or in a related field and having experience in Audit or Risk Management or being a Chartered Accountant.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
5) Data Scientist/Business Intelligence Developer — Digital Banking (Supervisor/ Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer) Required Number: Few
Location: Registered office, Kathmandu
This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development, and implementation of reporting models and data visualizations, data modeling and business intelligence tools.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science /IT-Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience for Supervisor and 5 years of experience for Officer Level in the related field & should possess Working knowledge of MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL as well should have experience with Power BI, Share-point, Report Builder, Power-pivot, Performance Point & Advance Excel.
- Should have knowledge of Data mining & Data warehousing technology, architecture development, data modeling & knowledge of SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, T-SQL, PL/SQL, Knowledge on Data Analysis, Big Data, Statistics, Python, R, Hadoop, Spark, NOSQL & Machine Learning would be strong advantageous.
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 40 years.
6. Officer Service Excellence (Junior Officer/Officer)
The candidates of this job position are expected to oversee the day to day delivery of services in the manner that meets or exceeds established service benchmark of the bank. The candidate should have the ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the service excellence standards to ensure the quality of service delivery to an excellent level.
Location: Registered Office, Kathmandu
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management or other relevant field.
- Should have at least 5 years of experience in Customer Servicing in Bank, Hotels, Airlines or related field.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years.
7. Learning and Development (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer) Required Number: Few
Location: Registered Office, Kathmandu
The candidates are expected to oversee the bank's learning and development strategy. The candidates are responsible to actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance and recognize performance and efficiency of employees in the bank.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Master's Degree but not less than a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience for Senior Assistant and Supervisor and 5 years of experience for Officer Level in Bank, Training Institute or related field.
- Age not below 18 and not exceeding 40 years.
